It connects many computers together globally. the pc you're sitting at (as long as it’s connected to the internet) can communicate with the pc across the road , down the block, or maybe round the world goodbye because the computer on the opposite end is connected to the web also . Information that travels over the web does so via a spread of languages referred to as protocols. the web may be a cooperative endeavor—no organization is "in charge" of the web.
